My parents put me on skis at 14 months old and moved to Park City when I was 4. I learned to backflip when I was 6 and was then a forerunner for the X Games halfpipe at 8 years old. After that, I knew skiing was my life's journey and all I wanted to do. I was named to the US Freeski team at 15 and won my first World Cup at 19, just eight months after a life-changing car accident. Then just before the Olympics in 2018, I tore my rotator cuff and missed my shot for South Korea. The following season I created my best backcountry video "Ignite" for YouTube.
2020 was my comeback season, during which I won two golds at my first X Games. In 2021, I won two World Cup Slopestyle and 2nd place at the other, earning me the #1 World Ranking, the Crystal Globe, and the qualification for the Beijing Olympics. In 2022 I won The Dew Tour and took home a Silver medal in Big Air from the Winter Olympics in Beijing.
In 2023 I won X Games Slopestyle, Dew Tour Super StreetStyle, and King of Corbets, while I placed 3rd at Stubai's Slopestyle and Redbull Infinite Lines. Most of my focus this season has been on filming, so being successful in competitions is exciting. Our film with Good Company will release in the fall of 2023, along with shots in the MSP and TGR films.
